Wes Vaughan
Born in 1952, Mr Vaughan is the President Director of PT Titan Kimia Nusantara and is also the Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology for Titan Chemicals Corp. Bhd. Mr. Vaughan has extensive experience at several petrochemical sites throughout his career. Between 1998 and 2002, he was the Vice President of Manufacturing at Westlake Group’s largest site at Lake Charles, Louisiana. From 1994 to 1998, he was seconded to Titan Chemicals and was an integral part of the team responsible for the Titan Phase II expansion. Prior to that, he was the Plant manager with Westlake Petrochemical, United States. Mr. Vaughan previously worked over three (3) years with Mobil in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Vaughan graduated from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas and obtained Bachelor of Science Degrees in Biology and Chemical Engineering.
Lau Chee Ming
Born in 1965, has been with the Titan Group, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 1991 was appointed Regional Manager-Non China of Titan Petchem (M) Sdn Bhd in 2005 – current, leading a team of sales personal. Mr. Lau graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
J. Bambang Budihardja
 Has been with PT Titan Kimia Nusantara Tbk since March 2008 as an Independent Director. Between 1991 to 1998 Mr Budihardja was the former Director of P.T Lippo Land Development Tbk, a property, real estate and urban development company. He is a Commissioner of PT Bintang Sidoraya, a subsidiary company of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, a consumer retailer. Mr Budihardja graduated from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta and obtained Bachelor degree in Management; graduated from Trisakti University, Jakarta and obtained Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering; graduated from Harvest International Theology Seminary and obtained Master degree in Leadership.
Tan Khong Thiam
Born in 1953, joined the Titan Petchem (M) Sdn Bhd since 1991. He was one of the pioneers to start up the Polypropylene plant in Pasir Gudang. In year 2001, he was promoted to PS1 Unit Manager and added responsibility to run Unipol Polyethylene plant. In 2005, he was appointed as Senior Manager – Polymer Manufacturing to manage all polymer plants in Pasir Gudang and Tanjong Lansat.
Before joining Titan Petchem (M) Sdn Bhd, he had position with KL Kepong – chemical division, responsible for new project and manufacturing. Prior to that, he had position with Malaya Acid Works, responsible for construction the new Sulphuric Acid plant and new Sodium Silicate plant in Indonesia.
Mr. Tan graduated from National Taiwan University with degree in Chemical Engineering.
Salehaldin Nasron
Born in 1962, was formally Regional Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific based in Kuala Lumpur for Cognis Oleochemicals, a joint venture company between Cognis GmbH Germany and Malaysia ’s Sime Darby Berhad.
Before joining Cognis Oleochemicals, Mr. Nasron was the Financial Advisor and Controller with PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk, a subsidiary of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company USA and prior to that was General Manager Finance and IT for Goodyear Malaysia Berhad, a joint venture company between Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company USA and Malaysia’s biggest fund management company Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
Mr. Nasron graduated from Ohio University USA in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Accounting and also holds a Diploma in Banking from Mara University of Technology Malaysia.
