David Chao

Mr. David Chao was born 1976. He began his career with Titan Chemicals Corp. Sdn. Bhd. in the Trading Department in 2001. He left to further his studies and rejoined as Head of Corporate Finance in 2005. Mr. Chao was instrumental in the corporate exercises which marked the Group’s business expansion in Indonesia. Mr Chao holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Tan Kong Thiam

Born in 1953, joined the Titan Petchem (M) Sdn Bhd since 1991. He was one of the pioneers to start up the Polypropylene plant in Pasir Gudang. In year 2001, he was promoted to PS1 Unit Manager and added responsibility to run Unipol Polyethylene plant. In 2005, he was appointed as Senior Manager – Polymer Manufacturing to manage all polymer plants in Pasir Gudang and Tanjong Lansat.

Before joining Titan Petchem (M) Sdn Bhd, he had position with KL Kepong – chemical division, responsible for new project and manufacturing. Prior to that, he had position with Malaya Acid Works, responsible for construction the new Sulphuric Acid plant and new Sodium Silicate plant in Indonesia.

Mr. Tan graduated from National Taiwan University with degree in Chemical Engineering.

Ezani Bin Sheikh Mohamad

Joined Titan PP Polymers Berhad as Accounting Manager from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Ezani was part of the team tasked to conduct feasibility study for the Titan Phase 2 Project and strategic evaluation of Titan’s Initial Public Offer (IPO). Left Titan Group to join Talisman Energy Inc in Calgary Canada for 3 years. While in Canada, assisted Talisman with its first SOX 404 and 302 annual certifications. In between, Ezani graduated from Heriott-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland under its MBA Distance Learning Program. Rejoined Titan Group as VP Finance System and Efficiency for Titan Chemicals Corp. Sdn. Bhd. in July 2008 and appointed as Finance Director of PT TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara since May 2009. Appointed as Finance Director of PT Titan Kimia Nusantara Tbk since April 2010.
