Kemal A. Stamboel

Mr. Kemal Azis Stamboel, has been with PT. TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara since 2006 - 2008 appointed as the member of the Board of Commissioner. Mr. Stamboel was the former Country Leader for IBM Business Consulting Services since and prior to that he is the Managing Partner of PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Indonesia since 1982 - 2004. Mr. Stamboel is currently the member of Supervisory Board of the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Aceh and Nias (BRR) in 2005 - current. Also in 2006, he has been appointed Vice Chairman and Council Member of the National ICT Board (Information ,communication and technology). He is also an Independent Commissioner of PT. Holcim Indonesia. He graduated from Padjajaran University, Bandung, West of Java majoring in Psychology and Management Institute Arthur D. Little, Boston, United States of America with a degree Master of Science in Business Management.

Warren Wilder

Born in 1957, was appointed as Managing Director of Titan Chemicals Corp. Sdn. Bhd. on 10th July 2008 . He was formally Senior Vice President Olefins at Westlake Chemical Corporation where he was responsible for the leadership and strategy of the US$2 billion revenue business. He was directly responsible for leading its manufacturing, global procurement, marketing and sales operations.

Before joining Westlake , Mr. Wilder had positions with Exxon and Koch Industries. He has led businesses in North and South America and in Europe , and has conducted business extensively in Asia . He is a Director of ICO Polymers (Nasdaq-listed company) and a member of the Chemical Sub-Committee of the National Petrochemical and Refining Association (NPRA).

Mr Wilder graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle and completed his MBA in Finance at the University of Chicago, Chicago.
